Tripod
| The tripod is one of the camcorder accessories that you can mount your camcorder to the top of it and help your camcorder steadier when capture the less movements objects. Like interview and one location moments. After some experiences in shooting video you can decide when you should use the tripod or not. |

There are several types of tripod with different model and material outhere. Below are the sample of tripod type base on the head style.
| 1. Pan / Tilt Head Tripod |

| The panhead style has separate controls for tilt and panning, so that the camera may be panned from side to side without risk of tilting movement. These heads usually have two different handles to control each dimension of movement. These handles can be turned to loosen or tighten the head, so as to allow movement in one, both or neither of the dimensions. |

| 2. Ballhead Tripod |
 |
| The ballhead utilises a ball and socket joint to allow movement in different dimensions. The camera is attached to a clamp that comes off the ball, and the socket has a slot in one side to allow the camera to be rotated to the portrait orientation. This style has the disadvantage that only one control is available to allow or prevent movement of the head, and so if the camera is panned, there may be some tilting as well. |

| 3. Fluid Dampening Head Tripod |

| Fluid heads is use an internal fluid to create a dampening effect known as drag, resistance or tension. Cheap heads may have limited or no control over the amount of drag. Good heads have finer control and allow you to set the drag for tilting and panning separately. The more control you have the better. |
